How LDK ships, what it costs, and how long it takes.
We deliver within South Africa, by courier. Orders are shipped with DHL.
A flat-rate courier fee applies to all domestic orders and is calculated at checkout, so the amount you see before paying is the amount you pay.
Pieces may be quality-checked or finished by hand before dispatch, so please allow reasonable time for your order to be prepared. You will receive confirmation once it has been dispatched.
If your order is taking longer than you expected, email payments@ldkjewels.co.za and we will give you an update.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
